Ali - Sioux Falls, SD

A few months ago I took a road trip over 4,000 miles through 10 national parks. I stopped along the way to see a few friends. Ali was one of those friends.

She's quite awesome, and happens to run a farm providing a large portion of the hops utilized by Sioux Fall's microbreweries. She showed me around the rapidly growing and unexpectedly intriguing downtown. I had a few hours before I had to be back on the road, so we were sure to use our time wisely. After slamming a beer, we took photos in the park, grabbed some diner food, ambled around some junk shops, and then decided at the last second we wanted to catch sunset at a state park nearby called The Palisades. It was a good pit stop to say the least.

Here's some photos from along the way:

412 Eats - The Final Chapter

I am saddened to announce that the 412 Eats Series will be taking a hiatus for the foreseeable future. I have moved all of my culinary efforts to Brooklyn, and will be starting a new series for NYC soon. Don't worry though, I saved the best for last. Here's some pure deliciousness from Streets on Carson:
